How do I know the mats will fit my car?
Choose your make, model, and year and we only show products made for that vehicle. Every product page lists the exact years it fits. If your trim is unusual, email us and we’ll check it by hand within one business day.
What if my vehicle isn’t listed?
Tell us what you drive using the request form. We add vehicles based on demand and will email you as soon as mats for your model are available. Universal seat covers and accessories fit most vehicles in the meantime.
What are the mats made of?
TPE rubber. It stays flexible in the cold, has no smell, and the raised edges keep snow, salt, and mud off your carpet.
Is there a fit guarantee?
Yes. Our made-to-fit mats are backed by a 1-year fit guarantee. If they don’t fit the vehicle they’re listed for, we’ll make it right.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
We ship across Canada with tracking, usually in 1–8 business days depending on where you live. Shipping is a flat $14.95, and free on orders over $150.
How does Ottawa pickup work?
Choose “Pick up in Ottawa” at checkout and select a time. Pickup is free, often available the same day when the item is in stock, and we hold your order for 48 hours. Bring your order number.
Can I return them?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
